Josianne joined Mulberry Insurance Brokers Limited in 2018 as the company’s Chief Broking Officer. She comes with 29 years of experience in the local insurance industry. Throughout her career, she has occupied various executive positions in the local insurance broking industry.

Prior to joining Mulberry, she occupied the position of General Manager in one of the top local broking firm, where she was entrusted with the company’s development, corporate business relationships, as well as being responsible for overseeing and managing the Commercial and Personal Lines Departments including Claims.  In 2012, she was also responsible for the development of new products in a local insurance agency.

Josianne has attended various courses on specialized insurance products both locally and in the UK. She enhanced her insurance experience by handling an extensive portfolio of corporate clients in several industries. In addition to her general insurance experience, Josianne is specialised in niche areas of insurance which include Commercial and Engineering, Professional Indemnity, Directors’ & Officers’ and Cyber Risks.

Josianne has been instrumental with the strategical development of the business and solving day-to-day challenges of our growing and dynamic company. She was appointed Director in April 2019.
