Our Clients Commercial Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the professional relationship between you and Mulberry Insurance Brokers Ltd. It sets out the range and level of services we offer as an independent insurance intermediary, including the assessment of your insurance needs, advice on suitable products, placement of cover with reputable insurers, and ongoing support with policy administration and claims handling.
The Agreement explains how we act on your behalf to secure appropriate insurance solutions from a wide range of insurers or, where applicable, from a select panel best suited to your requirements. It also clarifies your duties of disclosure, payment terms, and the importance of reviewing and understanding your policy documentation.Our remuneration for services provided is earned through commissions (brokerage) paid by insurers, fees agreed directly with clients, or a combination of both. Full transparency is maintained, and we are committed to disclosing details of our earnings upon request.
The Agreement further sets out our obligations in relation to confidentiality, data protection, complaint resolution, and our regulatory responsibilities as a licensed broker authorised and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA). Overall, it is designed to ensure that our clients are treated fairly, that all dealings are conducted with integrity, and that you receive a professional, independent, and transparent service at all times.
